HD Remakes

What is your Opinion on games being re-made into HD versions of themselves and then being released at almost full retail value despite sometimes being years old?

Harvest moon hd for xbox , also conkers bad fur day hd, also resident evil the mansion hd, also fatal frame hd . I wish all these were redone.

I'm fine with it in some cases. Others not so much.
Metal Gear Solid:Twin Snakes for gamecube was one of the best remakes of an older gen game I've ever played.
Sticking with the Metal Gear theme...The HD collection that just came out is the kind I don't like. Port it, upscale it, call it a day. Not worth $50 when I could go buy those games for about $3 each and plop them in my ps2 and play the same thing.
